Xổ số vuông hôm nayLooking for a lender that would ideally do a construction loan rolled in with the purchase of the home. I'm looking borrow roughly 120k for a full duplex renovation/rehab that could be rolled into a fixed rate 30 yr after rehab is done. Any chicagoland lenders with decent offers? Purchase price is only 150k but the large plot of land it comes with is th real draw.

- Where is the property at and what are the construction costs?
I'd reach out to as I know he does quite a few renvovation loans. Since you arent owner ocupying you wont be able to do a FHAXổ số vuông hôm nay 203k, which would be a great low money down option.
